形态描述
形态特征似福建纹胸鮡，而其头较短，体长为头长的4倍以上，胸部吸着器的后缘超过胸鳍基部末端；背鳍刺后缘锯齿明显。胸鳍较长，末端几达腹鳍起点。
生物学
This catfish is only found in the Hainan Island. It resembles Glyptothorax fukiensis in appearance, but the thoracic disk is larger and dorsal spine is distinctly serrated.
